We could tell you our crews leave the job site cleaner than they found it, but honestly, seeing the difference in a finished opening says more than we ever could. Below are representative projects from around Fort Worth: Arlington Heights bungalows, Tanglewood ranches, new builds near Alliance, and older homes east of downtown. Each one started with a problem a homeowner could feel every day. Each one ended with a view that works.

Casement Window Replacement in Arlington Heights
Before
AfterThe original steel casements in this 1962 Arlington Heights home had sweated through every Fort Worth winter since the Kennedy administration. Rust had crept into the sills, two cranks were stripped, and the west-facing living room turned into a solar oven by 4 p.m. every July. We pulled the old frames, corrected the sill slope on two openings, and set new vinyl casements with low-E glass. The homeowner told us the living room stayed eleven degrees cooler the first afternoon, which we’ll take.
Full-Frame Window Replacement in a Tanglewood Ranch
Before
AfterThis Tanglewood ranch still had its original single-pane aluminum sliders. In January, you could stand at the kitchen sink and feel the north wind moving through the frame. The homeowner wanted better insulation without losing the clean horizontal lines the house was built with. We went full-frame on every opening, set double-hung insulated units, and re-cased the interior. The road noise from Hulen dropped enough that the homeowner noticed it the first night, specifically because they could hear their refrigerator again instead of every truck downshifting.
Patio Door Replacement Near Trinity Park

The old aluminum slider in this Trinity Park house had a blown seal, which meant the family looked at their own backyard through what looked like a shower door. The track was also bowed, so the door had to be lifted just to move it. Our crew pulled the frame, flattened the rough opening with shims, and set a new vinyl slider from Therma-Tru with a fresh screen. The wife said the first thing she did after we left was open and close it five times just because it moved with two fingers. That’s the kind of review we actually want.
Double-Hung Window Installation in a Fairmount Craftsman

Fairmount has rules, and for good reason. The homeowner on this 1920s Craftsman wanted new windows that actually sealed, but the historic district required the exterior look to stay true to the original wood openings. We worked with the homeowner to pick a double-hung profile with exterior grilles that match the neighborhood standard. Inside, we kept the original stool and apron where possible. The front porch no longer loses heat through three layers of cracked glazing putty, and the house still looks like it belongs on the block, because it does.
Garden Window Replacement in a Wedgwood Kitchen

Garden windows look great until the seal goes, and then you have a tiny greenhouse growing mold over your kitchen sink. This Wedgwood kitchen window had been leaking for at least a year before we saw it, and the shelf under the glass was soft to the touch. We pulled the whole unit, rebuilt the sill with proper flashing, and set a new garden window from ES Windows with the drainage slope corrected. The homeowner’s herbs now sit in front of a window that drains instead of collecting, which honestly feels like a fair trade for a week of dishes by flashlight.
Front Door Installation in a Northside Bungalow

The original front door on this Northside bungalow had been sanded and repainted so many times it no longer met the jamb. You could see daylight through the latch side, and the deadbolt only engaged if you leaned a shoulder into it. We set a new Therma-Tru steel entry door, replaced the weatherstripping, and adjusted the strike plate so the deadbolt throws with one thumb. The homeowner called it the first door in twenty years that actually latched on the first try. We wrote that one down.
